Yoga practice, a life long process that maintains balance, strength and harmony. While the same postures keep changing and moving deeper into the core of one's existence. Offering students both challenge and nourishment while gaining strength, flexibility and courage. Balancing the empowerment of yoga along with the calm and peace to the mind and body. We will practice the postures from the directions on the outside but internalize the feelings and reaching deep into our core for strength.

After practicing for many years and studying under some of the most well-known teachers, Barbara takes this knowledge and shares it with each individual student. Her own healing process brought me to this daily practice. Removing oneself from life's chaos and living life through, yoga, diet, meditation and reaching for clairity during each day. She is currently devoted to the understanding and integrating Eastern therapies.
