Danielle Cooper, RYT, has been practicing for eight years. Her background is in ashtanga yoga. She completed her first teacher training with David Swenson three years ago, and has since continued to broaden her physical and spiritual awareness by making yoga part of her daily routine. Danielle has also practiced with teachers such as Seane Corn, Shiva Rhea, Darma Mittra, Manju Jois, and others. She has recently completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification. Danielle firmly believes in listening to your body and allowing your heart and breath to lead you through your practice. She is inspired by the personal freedom yoga offers, and appreciates the lightness it brings to mind, body, and spirit.
