Elaine Gallagher, M.Ed., RYT-200 has practiced different styles of Yoga for several years. Her Ashtanga-based Vinyasa training has brought her a strong sense for the value of good alignment for an asana practice. Her classes help to guide a practitioner bring mindfulness to linking breath with movement while making each posture an expression of the soul creating balance for mind, body & spirit. In addition, she has Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and has worked for Palm Beach County School District for 15 years. Her experiences in working with disabled students have taught her to always look at the whole person and believe that everyone has the capacity to expand their mind & spirit regardless of physical or emotional limitations. Elaine has a strong belief that the practice on the mat, prepares us for the practice of life and the journey. “The goal of Yoga isn’t beautifully executed postures, but the ultimate union of and balance between body, mind and spirit.”
