Come in your PJ's for some holiday fun! We will learn holiday yoga poses and play Holiday Yoga Freeze dance! We will also play a snowy version of toe-ga, using balance and strength to fill cups of cotton balls (with our toes) to make snowman faces. We will create mindfulness snow globes to take home for winter relaxation. To end our PJ party, we will do a holiday meditation and eat a treat that the kids decorate themselves. (for kids ages 4-12)
