Come in your PJ's for some SNOWga fun! We will learn winter themed yoga poses and play Snowga Yoga Freeze dance! We will also play a snowy version of toe-ga, using balance and strength to fill cups of cotton balls to make snowman faces. We will create mindfulness snow globes to take home for winter relaxation. To end our PJ party, we will do a magical winter meditation and eat a treat that the kids decorate themselves.
