4 Week Evening Guided Meditation Course

The focus of the course will be to provide the basics for creating a meditation practice of your own, or advancing your meditation practice. We’ll explore deep relaxation, mindfulness, visualization, inquiry, breath work, guided meditations, chanting, chakra meditations and shamanic meditation. We’re working with body, mind, and spirit. It’s your meditation. Rob will guide you into your meditations and prepare you for flying solo.

Rob MacGregor is author of The Jewel in the Lotus: Meditation for Busy Minds. He has taught meditation classes and workshops for five years, and yoga for 23 years.
