Join XCEL Padel and Moksha Yoga Studio for a dynamic two hour wellness experience designed to bring the Westlake and Wellington communities together.
The afternoon begins with a one hour Padel Discovery Session led by XCEL coaches. Participants will rotate through guided instruction, learning the fundamentals of padel in a welcoming, high energy environment. No experience is required and all equipment is included.
We will then transition into a one hour yoga session led by Cora of Moksha Yoga Studio, held directly on court. This grounding practice will focus on mobility, recovery, and mindful movement, creating the perfect balance of strength and flow.
