Come for a Valentine’s Day themed kids yoga practice! We will celebrate friendship and love with Valentine’s Day poses and yoga games. We will also make our own dream catchers followed by a making a Valentine’s Day snack. Class will end with a “heartful” meditation. Don’t forget to wear your PJ’s!
