Lovers of Music, Yoga and Sacred Space, this class is for you. Join us for an evening of sanctuary, deeply connected flow, live vibrations and community. We set the tone in our sacred space as we turn off the lights and fill the room with the beautiful glow of candles. We then step on our mats and Casey cultivates the vibrations as Lindsay and Cora collectively with all of you set the intention for the evening practice and then we begin to breathe, feel and move our bodies. We switch focus ~pratyahara~ from our minds, the ego, and preform Dhyana on the rhythmic synchronization of our body to live music. Because the music is produced in real time, the two expressions feed off the energy of one another. The musician will be looping acoustic guitar over electronic beats and we will move into a deep sequence while being supported and adjusted by Lindsay and Cora. Once we make our way into savasana and settle, we will be indulged with warm lavender towels, neck traction and a deep crystal singing bowl meditation. After practice we will provide complimentary wine and kombucha along with blissed out company.
