First we move!!! Monica has designed a special yoga class to help balance your third eye chakra. Yoga is a great tool to prepare the mind and body to connect to spirit. When your third eye is awakened, your imagination, creativity and intuition is enhanced.
For the second hour we will be taking you on a journey inside.
Tara will facilitate your meditation and breathwork while Monica and Tara both work on balancing your energetic field using Reiki and healing essential oils.
After the class you will feel more balanced and connected to your higher self.
This workshop is for all levels and is all inclusive.
