Bring your birthing partner and join us for a two hour workshop that combines community and yoga. Throughout this workshop we will be helping expecting parents stay moving with prenatal movements, connect with each other and the baby, and introduce helpful labor tips.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. No yoga experience is needed for the workshop.

Moksha Yoga Studio offers an array of yoga and teaching styles in the heart of Wellington, FL. We believe in many different styles of yoga and inspire to offer something for everyone. With over 18 instructors a part of the Moksha family and many many years of combined experience, our teachings are directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom by working on physical strength, flexibility, breath and balance. We have two large practice spaces, one (Studio O) air-conditioned and one (Studio M) not with natural air and light entering the space as well a private client room for a more personalized session. We encourage you to listen to your body and respect it’s wisdom. If you suffer from injuries, have never taken yoga before or if you are an advanced practitioner, Moksha Yoga Studio is a non-competitive and encouraging yoga space to explore, nurture, release and LIBERATE your mind, body and soul!
